- Be the go-to on-site for any production and operations needs; prepared to solve problems for all vendors and departments.
- Communicate with high-level contacts, including artists, venues, and booking agents.
- Perform sensitive artist handling duties with anonymous performers.
- Gather show requirements from artists, audio/visual managers, and merch, and advance to the venue.

Spent two years building the Technical Guest Liaison department from the ground up for OffKai Expo, the largest VTuber convention in North America.
- Manage a team of 6 to plan technical logistics of mixed-reality VTuber performances in collaboration with online influencers and their management.
- Coordinate event planning and communications across guest relations, security, and marketing teams.
- Defined the industry standard for how many conventions communicate and plan with VTuber guests over Discord.
SCU•Presents - Audio Technician and Stagehand

Audio/Visual Technician and Client Liaison to community members renting one of Santa Clara University's three theater spaces.
- Collaborate with Facility Rental Program clients to confirm audio-visual equipment and service needs in 571-seat proscenium/thrust theater, 248-seat recital hall, and 130-seat black box studio spaces.
- Manage sound equipment, perform sound checks and mix professional audio to deliver high quality sound for live events.
- Set up stage lighting configurations to meet client specifications.
